Audi A3 Hatchback (12 - present)
When the A3 was first introduced, it offered unparalleled class, space and excellent drivability. Today, it still offers all of these things and continues to dominate the segment. There hasn’t been any drastic changes made to the latest A3, mainly because Audi never make huge changes to any of their cars that have done well. They simply built on what’s there, and tweak things to keep it from looking outdated. There were some new features including a new entertainment system with handwriting recognition and adaptive cruise control, multi-link rear suspension and McPherson-strut front end suspension. The interior, as always with Audi, is incredibly refined and styled. The seats are really comfortable and there is plenty of passenger space too. In terms of driving, the A3 is as good as ever. The handling is good, steering feels well-weighted, it has fantastic grip, the driving position is spot on, and there’s minimal body-roll on corners.
